Before First Use

- Before first use, wash thoroughly with neutral detergent. After washing, heat the pan to remove moisture completely.
- Always perform seasoning before use.
<How to Season>
Coat the pan with a generous amount of oil, then stir-fry vegetable scraps (such as green onion tops or celery leaves) over low heat for 5-10 minutes to spread the oil evenly.
※ After seasoning, black residue may appear on the pan. This is carbonized black iron and is harmless. If it concerns you, repeat the seasoning process.
