7 Key Features of HIMENO Aluminum Hakkaku Pot

POINT 01

Hammered lines produced by hammering

Aluminum is inherently a soft material, but by tapping to tighten the metal particles, it becomes harder and tougher.
The hammered surface created by hammering expands the surface area of the pot's skin, which improves thermal conductivity and allows heat to be transferred more evenly to the food.
