You may return products purchased from KAMA-ASA for an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us within this period using the return/exchange request form. Please note that KAMA-ASA Paris is unable to accept exchanges of products purchased in the Kappabashi, Tokyo boutique if they are not sold in our Paris boutique.
In this case, the procedure is on a case-by-case basis. Please inform us of your request using the form provided.

KAMA-ASA Paris accepts exchanges at the boutique. We accept hand-delivered or postal exchanges at your expense.
Please note that we do not issue refunds. If, at the time of exchange, you are unable to find a product to your liking, we will credit you with the amount of your purchase in the form of a gift voucher.
For returns and exchanges for personal reasons
Provided that you are responsible for the return and reshipment costs, returns and exchanges will be accepted unless one of the following cases applies. Please contact us using the returns/exchanges request form within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
*Cases in which we cannot accept returns or exchanges:
-The products have been used, soiled or damaged by your use.
-Product labels and packaging have been soiled, damaged, lost or destroyed.
-Products to be exchanged are personalised, made-to-measure products or special series that are not usually sold in our shop.
-Products have been purchased in several different sizes or colours in order to return those that do not fit.
-Returned products are deemed by us to be unsuitable for resale or returned to the manufacturer.
-Returned products have packaging that is obviously damaged, dirty and/or damaged.
Returns of gifts or donated products are not processed with vouchers.
Only exchanges are accepted.
Please note that if there is a price difference in the replacement products, you will be asked to pay the difference, but no refund or voucher will be issued if the new product is cheaper.
In the event of a return or exchange following an error on our part
We take the utmost care with our products. However, if they are faulty or damaged as a result, please contact us using the returns/exchanges request form within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Please include in your message the order number, the packaging and photos of the damaged or faulty product.
Please keep all the products that were sent to you, as well as the shipping packaging, the boxes containing the different products, the bubble wrap, etc., without throwing them away, as we could file a claim for compensation with the shipping company using this evidence.
If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order.
Please contact us using the returns/exchanges request form within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Please provide us with your order number and a photo of the product sent in error.
After checking, we will re-send you the correct product or refund you if the product concerned is out of stock.
If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the products, we will consider that you have accepted this situation. Please note that we will not be responsible for re-delivering the products or issuing a refund after this period.
