If you wish to purchase from EU member states that benefit from VAT exemption, please email contact@kama-asa.fr first with the list of products you require before making your online payment.
As this site is not equipped with a VAT exemption system, you will always have to pay VAT.
Delivery options may vary depending on the delivery address and the time you place your order. When your order is processed, we will inform you of the delivery methods available, the costs and the estimated delivery date. Please note that the delivery address for your order must be within Europe. For delivery to those countries, please make your purchase on this site.
DELIVERY IN FRANCE
The delivery times indicated below will be extended for Corsica and remote regions. No deliveries are made to French overseas departments and territories.

DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
We do not deliver to countries outside Europe. For delivery to those countries, please make your purchase on this site.
The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by KAMA-ASA. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the customer already has a dispute with KAMA-ASA or if we consider that the customer is at risk of defaulting on payment. We then reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information if we deem it necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If no response is received from the customer within 5 days of the order being placed, the order and payment will be cancelled.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers, and KAMA-ASA shall not be held responsible in the event of non-compliance with the delivery times indicated on this page.
